In 2017 Klean installed a 216 panel solar array that supplies 100% of electricity required at their California production facility. They became third party certified Carbon Neutral by implementing a rigorous inventory of emissions and use offsets along with renewable to ensure that the Insulated Water Bottle is manufactured and delivered with net zero emissions.

Klean joined the We Are Still In commitment to the Paris Climate Agreement, rallying with like minded businesses to ensure we meet the Sustainable Development Goals.
